The construction and repair works were executed at two stages. The first stage included complete rebuilding of central stairs using granite and partial renovation of pavement in front of the main entrance. During the second stage of the works an overall solution for the central lobby interior was provided including finishing layer of the walls with plasterboard panels and installation of ceiling type HUNTER DOUGLAS 85L. After the successful completion of all reconstructive activities CITUB contracted with DP Construction LTD the replacement and repair works of the water supply and sewerage installation in the building.
